Download VU lectures directly by unblocking YOUTUBE!!!!!!!
First download ultrasurf from here:

After the download is complete and open ultrasurf and change Internet Download Manager proxy settings. First open Internet Download Manager and go to Downloads > Options > Proxy/Socks then check Use proxy and http, set Proxy server address to 127.0.0.1 and port to 9666. That's it :).
